Tweeple's Yellow Pages
Yellow Pages for Twitter Accounts. Yes, you read correctly. And it is aptly called twellow (www.twellow.com) .
Go ahead and search for tweeples of similar interest, register your twitter account and details of services provided by you.
If you need information of those already listed, you don't need to register yourself. Registering yourself is only needed if you want to be listed in the directory.
The registering process is very simple. Just click on Register for Free Tab on the screen, provide your username and password (same as you use in your twitter account), email id and then click register.
Edit information about you already imported from Twitter and you are listed.
Cheers,
Ashish Ganda

My Twitter Account on Auto pilot mode - That's nice
So now you have opened your twitter account and want to follow Tweeples. But how to find Tweeples sharing similar similar interests.
Very simple indeed. Just click www.twollo.com , feed in your twitter account id and password and you are half way through.
The next half is to jot down your areas of interest in a piece of paper as keywords. The for each keyword set (for example, power twitter users) create a auto follow setting by clicking on add button.
Similarly create auto follow settings with your other keywords and you are done.
Sit back and enjoy your following growing.
Cheers,
Ashish

I love tweeting from my Browser
How many times while browsing a topic I have felt that I should tweet it and then copied it and pasted into my twitter page in a new window.
Now there is an application which simplifies this cumbersome process.
Simply called TweetThisText, it sits on your Bookmark Bar in your browser. See something worth tweeting about. Highlight the text in you browser, click on TweetThisText and it is done.
The only precursor to use of TweetThisText is that one should be logged into his / her twitter account beforehand.
Create this snazzy bookmark by dragging this TweetThisText to your bookmark bar.
See text online you'd like to quote, highlight it, and click your TweetThisText button.
Cool. Isn't it !

Tweetlater - An application to boost your productivity
I was exploring alternatives to Twaitter for spacing out my tweets over the day and was directed to TweetLater .
I really found it to be an interesting Application, which has both free and paid versions.
Free version allows you to
I really found it to be an interesting Application, which has both free and paid versions.
Free version allows you to
- Manage Multiple twitter accounts
- Schedule your tweets for paced out tweeting (limits it to 12 tweets per hour).
- Delegate your twitter account management to another person.
- Check and edit the scheduled tweets.
- Automated direct messaging facility for posting DMs to new followers.
- Check out your automation stats.
- Follow your followers on auto mode.
- Create a feed of all your tweets posted through Tweetlater.
The professional version goes a notch further and will appeal to those seeking productivity tools like :
- Posting from one account and retweeting from another.
- Tracking tweets about their brands and responding to inputs.
- Scheduling tweets and retweets.
- Finding like minded individuals based on their tweets.
- A cockpit facility to manage all this from one tool.
- Burn your tweets into a RSS Feed.
From my perspective the free version offers enough for individuals and small businesses.
But those who want to play hard to build their following exponentially and gain mind share may go ahead and purchase the professional version.
So what are you waiting for. Go ahead and TweetLater .
Cheers,
Ashish

Finding Twitters Located in Your Area
I am sure many of you would like to find Like Minded Tweeples in your locality.
Do not lose hearts. There is an application which enables this facility. Although it is not very precise but has enough for your to identify Tweeples in your city / region.
To start with tighten your seat belts, switch on your browser and point it to http://www.nearbytweets.com
You would see that the application automatically identifies your rough location and then lists out many tweeples active in this region. Some of their recent tweets are also listed for your convenience.
You can further filter out for tweets of your interest and then follow these Tweeples.
Cheers,
Ashish

Slow and Steady Win the Race
How many times have you seen someone taking a fancy to a new thing, going headlong into it and then losing sense of the plot and with it their enthusiasm. Twitter abounds with these one day phenonmenon. However they do not gain anything from it other than contributing to Twitter's exploding growth and also its high attrition rates :).
Don't allow yourself to be a one day twitter phenomenon. Keep your followers engaged on regular intervals by posting relevant content. Mark my words - regular intervals and relevant contents.
There are many applications which allow scheduled tweets. One simple application for novices to start with is http://www.twaitter.com/ . Very easy to use, one needs to log into it with his / her twitter id and password and then schedule their tweets for delayed tweeting.
Keep tweeting.
Cheers,
Ashish
